Fee Tarriff – Residential / Nursing Care
Signature at Highgate offers spacious en-suite studio apartments dedicated to residential and nursing care. Apartment types include studio, studio deluxe and one bedroom apartments, all of which vary in size, layout, aspect and views.
Fees are charged weekly and are made up of a Weekly Residence Fee and a Weekly Care Package Fee, to include all care services provided to the resident.
INCLUDED IN THESE FEES ARE:
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and light snacks
- Resident’s beverages, including alcohol*
- Chiropody*
- Hairdressing*
- Nail treatments*
- Housekeeping and apartment cleaning
- Laundry and ironing
- WiFi throughout the home for residents and visitors
- Exciting and varied activities programme including entertainers and speakers
- Visitor parking*
- Maintenance of apartment, communal areas and gardens
- Use of accommodation and communal areas

WEEKLY RESIDENCE FEE
Fees stated below include the Weekly Residence Fee and the Weekly Care Package Fee of Package A. This includes up to 1 hour of care or 30 mins nursing
per day (or mixture thereof). Package A is the entry level care package to the home.
WEEKLY CARE PACKAGE
Dependent on a resident’s individual care assessment, additional fees may be chargeable as below.

COMPANION FEE
Where a couple chooses to share an apartment, there is an additional weekly fee of £650 as a second person supplement. This fee is inclusive of Care Package A. Should the second person require further care, this
will be charged for in line with the care package pricing structure.
RESPITE
Respite stays are for a minimum period of two weeks, subject to availability. A reservation deposit of £1,000 will be required in advance to secure the dates. The balance of the stay is payable prior to move in. Short stay respite fees are subject to an additional 20% uplift per week.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Upon reserving an apartment you will be required to pay a deposit equal to two weeks residence fees. This deposit will secure the apartment for 28 days. If you decide not to move in, the deposit will be refunded within 28 days of the receipt of written notice.
Fee Tarriff – Dementia Care
Signature at Highgate offers two dedicated communities, each consisting of just 12 studio apartments. Each of these state of the art communities have access to an open plan dining room, lounge, kitchen, activities area as well as a spa bathroom.
Fees are charged weekly and are made up of a Weekly Residence Fee and a Care Package Fee, to include all care services provided to the resident.

- Chiropody*
- Hairdressing*
- Nail treatments*
- Housekeeping and apartment cleaning
- Laundry and ironing
- WiFi throughout the home for

- An engaging and interactive wellness and activities programme including entertainers and speakers
- Visitor parking*
- Maintenance of apartment, communal areas and gardens
- Use of accommodation and communal areas
