Highgate Terms and Conditions

The fixed-rate offer applies to residential room rate only. The offer is valid 28 days from the date of sending the offer letter for new move-ins within six weeks. Should a move-in date be required later than six weeks from the offer date, the extension will be at the General Manager’s discretion. The offer applies to new move-ins only on a private pay basis. The fixed rate is valid from 1^st January to 31^st December 2024. After the offer ends, annual room increases apply in line with CPIH (Consumer Prices Index Inc. occupiers’ housing costs). Care rates do not form part of this offer. Offer availability ends 31st December 2023.
