Our price promise is available exclusively to new residents who sign a residency agreement to move to Signature at Highgate on or before 28th February 2025. The Promise applies to selected apartments within Residential Care only.

The inclusive price promise applies to care fees up to Care Band D, as the residency agreement outlines. If a resident’s care needs increase beyond Care Band D, a fee increase will be implemented to reflect the required care and support. Any fee adjustment due to changes in care needs will be discussed with the resident and/or their family and confirmed in writing.

The inclusive price promised does not cover additional services outside the agreed care package. It applies only to the initial apartment and care level at the time of move-in. Changes in accommodation or care level may result in a reassessment of fees. Nursing surcharges are exempt from the inclusive rate.

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts. Signature reserves the right to review and withdraw the offer without prior notice for new enquiries. Existing agreements will remain valid. All agreements are subject to the terms outlined in the resident agreement and are governed by applicable laws and regulations.

Offer applies to new move-ins only on a private pay basis. Annual room and care fee increases of no more than 5.5% apply (Subject to an annual 5% increase or aligned to CPIH* when greater than 6%).

*CPIH is defined as the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs.
