General Manager 

Orla Green

I have been working in the care sector for over 20 years, and for the past six years, I have been proud to be part of the Signature family. My journey within Signature has allowed me to experience both sides of Residential Care Management and Hospitality management giving me a well-rounded perspective on delivering exceptional care and service to residents and their families.

In my role as General Manager at Signature Hendon Hall, I am passionate about ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care and support. I believe in fostering a warm, person-centered approach that allows every individual to feel valued and live a fulfilling life.

With over 20 years in premium hospitality, I transitioned to the care industry, finding my true calling at Signature Senior Living. Signature reflects the luxury standards I value, and it’s deeply rewarding to care for the elderly. I love engaging with residents, guided by genuine empathy, always striving to provide the best for them. I believe my role serves as a vital connection between the home, its residents, and their loved ones, ensuring everyone feels supported and cared for in the best possible way.

I have been lucky enough to have worked for Signature since 2018 and have had the pleasure of working for this great company, who have encouraged and mentored me to take the next step in my career. I am truly excited to be starting at Hendon Hall, working alongside a caring and empathetic team who all share the same ethos and values for delivering the best care possible. I have worked in the care sector for the last 20 years, which has given me a great foundation and understanding to enable me to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care, ensuring our residents enjoy a fulfilling life. I am passionate about ensuring our residents get the best out of every day and believe they can achieve anything with the right support, due care and attention. I feel passionately that our residents and their loved ones receive the right support and holistic advice whilst on their Dementia and Alzheimer’s journey and the team at Hendon Hall offer this support with compassion and dignity in this wonderful and luxurious setting.

What I enjoy most about Signature at Hendon Hall is the interaction with the residents. I feel this is a major highlight as I get to know them individually and can discuss their dietary needs. Doing so, I am about to find out their likes and dislikes, which I can then share with the rest of the kitchen team, therefore providing the best dining experience possible, whilst fulfilling their nutritional requirements.

Hospitality Supervisor

I am honoured to serve as the Hospitality Supervisor at Signature at Hendon Hall. Engaging with our residents is the highlight of my work – they are always warm, appreciative, and full of wisdom and life experiences. Every interaction brings both purpose and joy, and I feel proud and privileged to be part of such a caring community. It is a true honour to contribute to their comfort and well-being. Being part of this care community allows me to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a dedicated and compassionate team. I take great pride in maintaining high standards of service and in delivering every interaction with professionalism and respect.

Client Liaison Manager

Philip Amos

As the Client Liaison Manager at Hendon Hall since July 2025, I’m thrilled to welcome new residents and showcase our high-quality care and accommodation to the community. I bring two years of experience in the care sector, underpinned by a diverse academic background with degrees in Ecology and Theology. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active on the tennis court and engaging with my church community.

Client Liaison Coordinator

Soloman Shamash

Born and raised in North West London, I bring a wealth of experience from a diverse career path, from football coaching and estate agency to restaurant management and even selling food at major festivals and sporting events.

My passion lies in sales and, more importantly, in building meaningful relationships, something I particularly enjoy within Hendon’s close-knit community.

As a lifelong football fan and proud Trust Board member of Hendon FC, community connections have always been important to me. Now, as part of the Client Liaison team alongside Philip, I am excited to welcome potential residents to our home and support them as they take the next step in their journey with Signature.
