My name is John Cunningham, I am a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience in both General and Mental Health Practice. This has been gained in a variety of settings including the NHS and the Independent Sector. In addition to my clinical qualifications I hold a degree in Nursing Studies & Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. I am honoured to be the General Manager at Signature at Frognal House. I am delighted that I am able to head a team of dedicated people who enjoy providing an exceptional service to our elderly residents. At Frognal House, our goal is to make your stay with us, whether short or long term as pleasant and stimulating as possible.

Daniella Pestridge

Deputy Home Manager

I started my journey with Signature at Frognal house in October 2021 as the Deputy home manager.

Since I was a child, my passion was always to become a nurse and in 2017 I qualified as a registered Learning Disabilities Nurse. Since qualifying, I have continued to develop my skills and knowledge and progressed to a clinical lead and then Deputy Manager.

It is a privilege to work alongside an exceptional team who strive to provide excellent care everyday within their role, their attention to detail to provide person centered care is second to none.

It is a pleasure to work with the residents and support them to continue to lead a fulfilled life within a care setting, especially one that is personalised to them.

Client Liaison Manager

I recently joined Signature of Frognal House and I am thrilled to be part of this vibrant community. I had worked on a volunteer basis in Canada at a senior home for several years, assisting with activities, and loved the relationships I was able to develop with the residents. On a personal level, I witnessed the effects of Alzheimer’s Disease through my own mother and aunt, and experienced the effect it had on my own family, and decided that one day I would be in a position to give back to other families suffering the same crisis. Therefore, I am in my perfect element now. I feel privileged to be working with families that I encounter daily, listening to their stories and feeling their pain and identifying solutions to help their loved ones. And nothing lights up my day more than sharing a few laughs with residents that I now count as friends!

Rebecca Clift

Assisted Living Coordinator

I have been working with the team here at Frognal since 2012, where I started my journey with Frognal as a care assistant before progressing to a Senior Care Assistant in the Wellbeing team, I have since been promoted internally to Assisted living Coordinator in 2021. Frognal has given me the opportunity to develop my skills, learn and progress.

As the Assisted Living Coordinator I take pride in ensuring that my care team provide and deliver the highest standard of person centered care to our residents. I look forward to the years to come as I continue to love the reward, joy and passion that comes from Frognal. It not a job when it feels like your second home.

Scott Wilkinson

Head of Hospitality

I have had the pleasure of being part of the Signature team at Frognal House since January 2009 and have been in the catering trade for the past 30 years. My previous employment includes time served in the British Army, I have also worked in both the restaurant and hotel sectors and had numerous roles within healthcare before joining Sunrise.

Having worked in the care industry for over 16 years I have plenty of experience in all of the requirements which are needed in this sector of the business. To me food and the dining experience is a key element of everyday living and I am passionate about delivering nutritious and appetising meals to all of our residents whatever their dietary requirements might be.
