Residential, Dementia and Nursing Care

Signature at Farnham Common offers 74 spacious en suite apartments dedicated to residential, dementia and nursing care, all of which vary in size, layout, aspect and views.

Fees are charged weekly and include all care services provided to the resident.

  • Three course dinner
  • Light snacks throughout the day
  • Daily communal newspaper selection
  • Housekeeping and suite cleaning
  • Full laundry service and ironing
  • WiFi throughout the home for residents and visitors
  • Exciting and varied activities programme including entertainers and speakers
  • Use of accommodation and communal areas
  • Maintenance of suite, communal areas and gardens
  • External group excursions
  • Resident and visitor parking

WEEKLY FEE STRUCTURE

Our pricing offers a simple, all-inclusive weekly fee that covers both your accommodation and the care services you require, providing clarity and peace of mind when planning for your care.

COMPANION FEE

Couples are welcome in our designated room types. Typically, there is an additional charge of 30% on the weekly fee for couples. However, we recognise that individual circumstances may vary, so we encourage you to discuss specific pricing options with your Client Liaison Manager.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

When reserving an apartment, a deposit equal to two weeks of the weekly fee is required. This deposit will hold the apartment for 28 days. If you choose not to move in, the deposit will be refunded within 28 days upon receipt of written notice.

RESPITE

Respite stays are for a minimum period of one week, subject to availability, with a reservation deposit of £1,000. The balance of payment is payable prior to move in. Short stay respite fees are subject to an additional 20% uplift per week.

Fees are subject to an annual review and potential increase each January. Additional charges may apply for residents requiring specialised care or services.
