Fee Tarriff – Residential / Nursing Care

Signature at Caversham offers spacious en-suite studio apartments dedicated to residential and nursing care. Residents can choose from a variety of apartment sizes, layouts, aspects and views to suit individual preferences.

Fees are charged weekly and are made up of a Weekly Residence Fee and a Weekly Care Package Fee, to include all care service provided to the resident.

  • Cooked or continental breakfast
  • Three course lunch
  • Three course dinner
  • Light snacks throughout the day
  • Resident’s beverages
  • Daily communal newspaper selection
  • Housekeeping and apartment cleaning
  • Full laundry service and ironing
  • WiFi throughout the home for residents and visitors
  • Exciting and varied activities programme including entertainers and speakers
  • Use of accommodation and communal areas
  • Maintenance of apartment, communal areas and gardens
  • External group excursions
  • Resident and visitor parking

WEEKLY RESIDENCE FEE

Fees stated below include the Weekly Residence Fee and the Weekly Care Package Fee as per your assessment.

RESPITE

Respite stays are for a minimum period of two weeks, subject to availability, with a reservation deposit of £1,000. The balance of payment is payable prior
to move in. Short stay respite fees are subject to an additional 20% uplift per week.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Upon reserving an apartment you will be required to pay a deposit equal to two weeks residence fees 28 days after the home opens to residents. If you decide not to move in, the deposit will be refunded within 28 days of receipt of written notice. For reservations taken prior to home opening the two weeks deposit will be deducted from the first month’s fee.

COMPANION FEE

Where a couple chooses to share an apartment, there is an additional weekly fee of £650 as a second person supplement. This fee is inclusive of Care Package A. Should the second person require further care, this will be charged for in line with the Care Package pricing structure.

Signature at Caversham offers three dedicated communities of studio apartments.

These state-of-the art apartments have access to a beautiful open plan dining room, lounge, kitchen and activities area, as well as a spa bathroom. Our communities also have access to a safe sensory garden.

Reservation Deposit
