*10% off discount is applicable to new Assisted Living residents only and is based on the price of a studio apartment. The offer applies for the lifetime of residency, provided the resident remains in the same apartment for the duration of their stay. The discount is the room rate only and does not apply to care of nursing surcharges. This offer applies to private pay customers only and is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
Signature reserves the right to review and withdraw the offer without prior notice for new enquiries. Existing agreements will remain valid. All agreements are subject to the terms outlined in the resident agreement and are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Offer applies to new move-ins only. Annual room and care fee increases of no more than 5.5% apply (subject to an annual 5% increase or aligned to CPIH** when greater than 6%).
**CPIH is defined as the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs.
