I have 17 years experience in care – achieving 4 overall good and 1 overall outstanding rating with the CQC in 5 inspections. I am passionate about people’s well-being and happiness.

I am a hard working team player who enjoys caring for people. I look for ways to do things better to achieve the best positive outcomes and promote a good working environment and a good problem solver by implementing systems in place. I have acquired good management skills with knowledge of finance, budgeting, computing, person and relationship-centred care, specialist dementia care, team leading and any positive aspects which can lead a business to thrive and prosper

Nursing Care Manager

Ana Zelenitchi

I qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Romania, in 2011. After graduation, I moved to Germany and worked in domiciliary care for a while. Afterwards, I moved to Spain, where I worked in a physiotherapy clinic.
In April 2014, I started working for Signature, at their Moorlands Lodge home, as a Lead Carer.
Once I obtained my PIN number, I started my work as a nurse. A few months after that, I was promoted to Lead Nurse.
At the beginning of March 2016, I moved to Epsom to be closer to my friends and began working at Rosebery Manor.
In June of this year, I was promoted to Nursing Care Manager. I can honestly say that I believe in Signature’s values and I will enjoy making sure that all the residents at Rosebery Manor are looked after in the best possible way.

Care Service Manager 


I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1993. After graduating, I worked in the NHS for over 20 years, in both Essex and Surrey working my way up from Junior Staff Nurse to Modern Matron, within the speciality of acute medicine and care of the elderly.

In 2013, I stayed within the NHS but moved into the role of a Practice Educator, focusing on education for all staff groups including student nurses, health care assistants and registered nurses. I also obtained a Master’s degree whilst undertaking this role.

After leaving the NHS in 2016, I worked with the role of Head of Nursing for a charity that provided neurorehabilitation for clients with acquired brain injuries.

In February 2018, I joined Rosebery Manor, as Care Services Manager. I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work every day and I am very proud to be able to lead a team of hard working and dedicated nurses and carers. I love being part of the Management Team at Rosebery Manor and get the most satisfaction from seeing how well our residents are cared for.

Debbie Self

I have lived in the Epsom area since the early 80s and have been working in the care industry locally for nearly 10 years. I live in Carshalton Beeches with my husband and our dog Kaia.
Having joined the Signature group in May 2014, I worked in the Information Centre at Rosebery Manor before the building was finished. My role is meeting prospective residents and their families and supporting them in making informed decisions about their future.
I love being part of a dynamic and caring team, and seeing how well our residents live – with dignity, choice and a lot of fun!

Having gained a degree in Hospitality Management I wanted to further my career and so left the Oxford and Cambridge Club to join Rosebery Manor when it opened. I haven’t looked back since. I thoroughly enjoy offering our residents a great service with my fabulous team of waiters and waitresses. I’m married with a 5-year-old son and a newly acquired chihuahua called Rocky!
