Sachin Rajkumarsingh

I lead a highly-skilled professional team in providing the highest standards of holistic person-centred care to our residents in a safe environment.

Possessing 17yrs+ experience of working in care, I lead by example to create a caring culture, valuing and developing the team and supporting residents and their families. I am passionate about the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.

I work in collaboration with the teams to enhance the residents’ environment to ensure they have fulfilled, engaged and happy lives within our community.

Care Service Manager 

Michelle Gray 

I am dedicated to providing the residents with exceptionally high standards of care, working closely with all other teams to ensure that residents’ person-centred care needs are met. As both a registered nurse and the most senior person within the nursing and care team, much of my role focuses on clinical governance and resident safety within the home.

Nursing Care Manager

Ana Zelenitchi

I manage the nursing team and the ground floor care team to ensure the residents’ clinical and social needs are met. My drive comes from knowing that I am making a difference to resident’s lives and the Signature community flourishes in being the standard in the senior care sector. I feel very privileged to be part of such a lovely, caring team who are dedicated to maintaining the best quality of life for all our residents.

Dementia Manager

Sunita Dookhit 

Possessing 22 yrs+ experience as a Registered Nurse I am passionate about adult social care and have a particular interest in working with people living with Dementia. Supporting the care team in providing a voice for the person, especially when they are unable to do so themselves. I am instrumental in embedding the philosophy of “A person living with Dementia may forget what you said to them, they may even forget what you did for them, but they will not forget how you made them feel. Feelings matter the most when looking after a person with Dementia”

Client Liaison Manager

Sonia Weller  & Debbie Self 

Our role is to help guide you through finding the right support and lifestyle whether it’s for yourself, a family member or a close friend. We will help you from your initial enquiry and visit right through to choosing an apartment suite and becoming a resident. We aim for Rosebery Manor to feel like ‘home from home’ and we will be with you all the way through what can be a difficult time.

 

Residential Care Manager

Sophie Smith

I ensure all residents needs are met day to day and as they change, by assisting to co-ordinate the care team. I have a real passion for the elderly and love working with the residents and care team. My role ranges from meeting and assessing new residents, to training the staff as a moving and handling trainer. You will always see me with a smile on my face, I am always happy to help.

Hospitality Manager 

Heather Clayton

I oversee the daily operations of all non-clinical departments. I am committed to providing exceptional customer service to ensure our residents are happy and well looked after. I look at the holistic experience of living at Rosebery Manor and strive to ensure it is an excellent one.

Head Chef

Stefan  

I ensure that high standards and high customer satisfaction are delivered daily. Working closely with the residents and care team to ensure we are delivering the best choice and provision. I am passionate that our food is well presented and that our residents are happy and healthy.

People Services Manager

Bhurneesha Seewoolall 

I work closely with the teams across the home to ensure that we recruit the most qualified and experienced people to join us, whilst also nurturing and developing our talent to grow within the community. I am passionate about coaching and driving highly skilled teams to deliver the very best standards of care and hospitality.

Housekeeping Manager

Jane Cheeseman 

The housekeeping team and I make sure our home is kept clean and tidy to a very high standard.  We provide a weekly service to all our residents to ensure their private apartment suites are maintained to their personal preference and their laundry requirements are met. The communal areas are cleaned daily so our home looks as good today as it did when we first opened in 2014. We take great pride in our home and value the lovely relationship we have with all our residents.

 

Restaurant Manager

Jola Mularcz

I am dedicated to delivering excellent service in our restaurants each and every day, for our residents, their families and friends. I work closely with Head Chef to ensure our resident’s dietary requirements are fulfilled and their daily nutritional needs are met. Empathy and understanding are key to my teams’ role in delivering the dining experience.

Activities Manager

Nina Blackman

I deliver varied activities and events programme to engage with and provide stimulation for the residents in our community. The programme offers an interactive and inclusive mix of exercise, creativity through art and dance, day trips out, events and mental and social stimulation activities. I paint and play piano and thoroughly enjoy sharing these passions with the residents

Maintenance Manager

Dean Ferrari 

I ensure the building is safe for staff and residents and maintained to a high standard allowing the teams to work effectively to deliver excellent care.
