Jogie Nograles Dellota

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in the Philippines in 2007 and passed the licensure exam in the same year. I worked in the Intensive Care Unit as a Staff Nurse until 2010. Then I came to the UK and worked as a Healthcare Assistant in a Nursing Home specialising in Elderly with Dementia and Mental Health Conditions in Loughborough, Leicestershire whilst doing the Overseas Nurse Programme.  I earned my NMC pin in 2011 and worked as a Staff Nurse in a Neuro-rehabilitation Unit.  I relocated to West Sussex in 2012 and worked initially as a Staff Nurse then Deputy Manager in a Nursing Home for Young Adults with Physical and Learning Difficulties until 2016. I then went to join an organisation known for Luxury Care for the Elderly and Dementia as a Deputy Manager initially and later as General Manager.

I am pleased to join Signature at Rosebery Manor.  I am very passionate in delivering person-centred care to our residents as I firmly believe that an outstanding level of care is what every resident deserves.

Having worked in the care industry for the past couple of years, I joined Signature in 2020 as their objectives and values are very aligned with my own. I am proud to be representing the prestigious Signature brand who clearly have a fantastic reputation when it comes to consistently delivering high quality premium care. Working as a Customer Liaison Manager allows me to not only utilise my relationship-building skills but also work very closely with families who need the required empathy and support when it comes to choosing a new home for their loved one.

Showcasing Rosebery Manor and introducing families to our team of leading industry professionals is the best part of my job as we have so much to offer when it comes to creating a warm, fulfilling and caring environment. It’s a stunning home where residents benefit from a real community spirit underpinned with a range of wonderful meaningful experiences. I cannot believe I haven’t even mentioned about the food as yet…….well you will just have to pop in to sample this for yourself (trust me, you will not be disappointed!!!).

I’ve been working at Rosebery as Care Services Manager since January 2021.

I’m a qualified RGN, a dynamic individual with excellent nursing and leadership skills.  I have a track record of delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct nursing care. I have Deputised for more than 9 years and also worked as Acting Manager. I’m a qualified TTT (Train The Trainer) and also have experience in commissioning new homes.

Working in tandem with the General Manager, my motto is “ no university will teach you care, you need to have this inner compassion”.

At Rosebery there is a genuine team spirit of cooperation and shared goals.

I recently became Residential Manager at Rosebery Manor having worked my way up from being a carer. I am passionate about the wellbeing of our residents and supporting our dedicated team to deliver the best quality care, giving peace of mind to our families.

Our role is to help guide you through finding the right support and lifestyle whether it’s for yourself, a family member or a close friend. We will help you from your initial enquiry and visit right through to choosing an apartment suite and becoming a resident. We aim for Rosebery Manor to feel like ‘home from home’ and we will be with you all the way through what can be a difficult time.

 

People Services Manager

Nithya Maheswaran

I have been at Rosebery for 4 years, starting off as Business administrator. I feel very privileged to have been given the opportunity to be promoted to People Services Manager. I work very closely with the teams across the home and ensure we recruit qualified and experienced people to join us, making sure staff are given training and every opportunity to develop their talents. I see all our staff as a valuable asset to our home and I am here to support them in all ways. When people ask me what my job is, I happily say that I look after MY staff – I believe that looking after our team means the team will look after our Residents

Housekeeping Manager

Jane Cheeseman 

The housekeeping team and I make sure our home is kept clean and tidy to a very high standard.  We provide a weekly service to all our residents to ensure their private apartment suites are maintained to their personal preference and their laundry requirements are met. The communal areas are cleaned daily so our home looks as good today as it did when we first opened in 2014. We take great pride in our home and value the lovely relationship we have with all our residents.

 

Head Chef

Mohammed Al Aswad

I have had a long and exciting career as a chef, having worked at the Inter Continental Hotel in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for 8 years,  then 2 years in the UK. I then spent 12 years working in care homes and recently joined Rosebery Manor. I have had the pleasure of meeting and cooking for many celebrities and royalty, including the Prince of Wales, the King of Jordan and the King of Morocco, but I love being able to mix with the residents here, arrange special culinary events and make a difference to their lives.

Restaurant Manager

Jola Mularczyk

I am dedicated to delivering excellent service in our restaurants each and every day, for our residents, their families and friends. I work closely with Head Chef to ensure our resident’s dietary requirements are fulfilled and their daily nutritional needs are met. Empathy and understanding are key to my teams’ role in delivering the dining experience.

Nurse Manager

Sumitha Vijayagangadharan

I qualified as a registered nurse following post grad specialisation in gerontology nursing and end of life care. I have 24 years of nursing experience in many areas, such as surgical, paediatrics, gynaecology and stroke care. I settled predominantly in the NHS and Care Home sectors in Ireland until 2016, when I relocated to England to continue my career.

I am passionate about care for the elderly and am proud to be part of the fantastic team at Rosebery Manor.

Maintenance Manager

I ensure the building is safe for staff and residents and maintained to a high standard allowing the teams to work effectively to deliver excellent care.

Activities Supervisor

Sarah Ward

I feel very privileged to be in post as the Activities Supervisor at Rosebery Manor. For the past 20 years I have worked within the Television industry and as a Fundraising Events Manager within both profit and non-profit organisations. I am extremely excited to bring my knowledge and experience to the Activities Team.

My goal is to provide activities that benefit the wellbeing of our residents, ensuring we focus on their emotional, intellectual, spiritual and physical wellbeing. This is provided by coordinating a full events calendar of daily activities, weekly performers from professional entertainers and exciting excursions (when permitted) for all to enjoy.
