General Manager

Maggie Middleton

I am enthusiastic and successful healthcare professional with extensive senior management and nursing experience. I worked in both NHS and private healthcare, key years working at Moorfields NHS Foundation Trust and at Queen Victoria NHS Foundation Trust in East Grinstead as an Executive Director.
I have an MBA from Brighton University, and I have maintained my registered nursing qualification specialising in Trauma, Orthopaedics and Ophthalmology. I also undertake CQC inspections up to three times per year as a specialist advisor for the CQC.
I am married with three children and four grandchildren, recently bought a house, which we are restoring. I also love music, reading, history and art.

Sonia Hamilton-Martin

I have worked in care homes for over 15 years and feel honoured to be a part of the team at Parklands Manor.  It’s a pleasure to see residents and families every day, and a wonderful feeling to be a part of such an extended family.

It’s important to me knowing that I can help families during what can be a difficult and emotional time, looking at the different care choices and helping to make the right decisions.

I will always go the extra mile to help families and prospective residents, and it gives me a great sense of joy meeting and showing them around our beautiful home.  All our residents know me well and we will often be seen having a good chat.

Client Liaison Manager

Judy Urmossy

I am delighted to be part of the team at Parklands Manor team, bringing with me many year’s experience working in a client facing environment.

My role involves meeting prospective new residents and their families and guiding them through the often very emotional decision of choosing the right home. I am also a dementia champion and hold Dementia Friends Information Sessions once a month (in normal circumstances) which are open to the public.

I feel very privileged to be part of this wonderful team who are dedicated to maintaining the dignity, and enhancing the quality of life of all our residents.


Activities Manager

Ana Amaya Yarce

I was born and raised in Colombia and graduated as a Psychologist in 2000.
I have been managing activities for 10 years, first in the cruise ship industry and now with Signature Care homes, where I started as an Activities Assistant and now as Activities Manager at Parklands Manor.
I love organizing big events and involving the whole community in the fun, also taking care of the day to day wellbeing needs of the residents, making sure that all aspects are covered.
From crosswords to bus trips, from exercises to special day events, my team and I will work to give the residents a full calendar of activities to choose from to keep them active mentally, physically and socially.

Head Chef

Darran Kimber

I am a married father of three grown up children, and delighted to have joined the Parklands Manor family, my first care home role. I am a classically trained chef with a background working in hotels, 10 years at the RAC club in Pall Mall, and more recently working as the head chef at Windsor Race Course. I was looking to change my career path and still be able to cook exceptional food so was attracted to the Signature brand. I am looking forward to getting to know all our residents and taking them on an outstanding food journey.

Housekeeping Manager 

Noopur Chauhan

Noopur is the Housekeeping Manager here at Parklands Manor. She brings with her a wealth of experience, with a degree in hotel management and over 16 years’ experience, more recently working in the care home sector for the past 5 years.
Noopur is committed to leading her Housekeeping team with her own personal promise to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment which gives a feeling of security and reassurance to our residents.

Care Manager 

Michelle Japlit

It is a great privilege to be given the opportunity to be part of the Signature Care Homes. I have always been passionate about my role and being a nurse for more than 15 years, I can use my knowledge and experience to be more than effective. The company has excellent vision of delivering the best quality of care anyone can ask for, thus this provide their family peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in a place where not only their care needs are provided but they are continuing to live the life they have before they moved in to the home.

As the Care Services Manager, my role is to ensure that all the care and clinical aspects are met beyond the expectation and that they are supported to the fullest.
It is my priority to ensure that I act as their advocate and only provide the best to our residents.
The team in Parklands are all dedicated to what we do and consistently work together to guarantee that we remain resident-focused hence empowering our residents to make their own choices. The team’s focus is on maximising their ability to preserve independence but on the other hand maintain safety at all times.

Restaurant Manager

Yuliia Gluch  

I arrived in the UK from Kiev in 2011. I am married with two children who are six and seven years old.
In Kiev I achieved a Masters degree in Chinese Philology. Since arriving in the UK I have worked in hospitality including Royal Ascot, Masterpiece and the Winter Olympics in Sochi.
I joined Parklands Manor in 2017 as a Restaurant Assistant and then promoted to Restaurant Manager in 2019.
I am delighted to be a part of the team at Parklands Manor and am passionate about providing an excellent service to all the residents.

Residential Manager 

Leanne Morgan

I have worked in care for 11 years. Starting as a care assistant and working my way up. It brings me great happiness to see the residents happy and well cared for. I am very passionate about building and developing a good care team and feel privileged to be working with a Professional dedicated team here at parklands manor.

HR Manager 

Cheryl Woodhouse

After studying Law, I decided to change career and went into managing business centres for 12 years. Moved into hospitality, a tough industry, as an HR Co-Ordinator, attended college one  day a week to complete my CIPD, level 3 and 5. Also helped out in banqueting and events within the hotel.  Left the hospitality industry to join Signature at Parklands Manor in 2017 and have never looked back!

Maintenance Manager

Airan McAuley

I am a passionate and motivated Maintenance Manager. In 2008 I started as a maintenance assistant in the care industry and have not stopped trying to better myself and to become more knowledgeable. My drive comes from knowing that I am making a difference to residents lives, and I am so pleased to continue this at Parklands Manor. I have always had a keen eye for repairs and understanding how things work from a young age, my mother loves to remind me of the time she had found I had dismantled her brand new hoover at 5 years old! The only difference now is that I can put it back together! I like to spend my weekends on my motorbike, I also have an interest in airsofting and like a wide range of music. I am hoping to buy a house within the next few months and would definitely like to see some more parts of the world
