General Manager

Maggie Middleton

I am enthusiastic and successful healthcare professional with extensive senior management and nursing experience. I worked in both NHS and private healthcare, key years working at Moorfields NHS Foundation Trust and at Queen Victoria NHS Foundation Trust in East Grinstead as an Executive Director.
I have an MBA from Brighton University, and I have maintained my registered nursing qualification specialising in Trauma, Orthopaedics and Ophthalmology. I also undertake CQC inspections up to three times per year as a specialist advisor for the CQC.
I am married with three children and four grandchildren, recently bought a house, which we are restoring. I also love music, reading, history and art.

Nurse Manager 

Mihaela Leon 

I graduated in 2002 as a general nurse with an A level. I continued to practice for a year at a local hospital as I built my confidence as a newly qualified nurse. In 2003 I started working as a general nurse in a surgery ward for 8 years which was a very busy environment, with demanding tasks and pressure. I took a career break after giving birth to my twins which was great.
I moved to work with adults In the medical assessment unit in a hospital setting, learning new things and new protocols. I have a passion for care and working with people who need that extra.
In 2018 I joined Parklands Manor, being privileged to upgrade my skills and abilities and show my full potential. I am extremely happy to be part of a team who aim to achieve the best, leaving home values and prioritising the people in our care, striving for excellence and giving families extra peace of mind.

Residential Care Manager

Jonathan Palmer

I have worked in care for almost 9 years, starting as a carer and working my way up through the ranks at private care homes in Weybridge and Esher to now becoming Residential Care Manager at Parklands Manor.
I enjoy my role in Parklands and I find it a great pleasure being able to get to know the residents and their families and ensure that they receive the very best standard of care and living.
I am very privileged to work with a great team, who come to work each day to give their best to deliver the best service to our residents.
I used to be a keen rugby player, but now prefer to watch it from the stands, or in our cinema here at Parklands!

Dementia Manager

Nikki Wilson

I have worked in care for 27 years from a care assistant to team leader and now manager, all within the area of dementia. I am passionate about ensuring that my residents are given dignity, choice and respect and that the care is at the highest standard. I am proud to be an advocate for residents who are not able to communicate their wishes and insist on only the best care that they deserve.
In my spare time, I love to walk my dog, watch films and go shopping

Client Liaison Manager

Sonia Hamilton-Martin

I have been working in care homes for over 14 years and brings to Parklands Manor for many years of experience, as well as compassion for the families and residents I meet every day.
It is important to me that I can help families during what can be a difficult and emotional time, looking at the different care choices and helping to make the right decisions.
I will always go the extra mile to help families and like nothing better than meeting them and showing them around our beautiful home.  All our residents know me well and will often be seen having a good chat.

Judy Urmossy

I am delighted to be part of the team at Parklands Manor team, bringing with me over 34 years’ experience working in a client facing environment.

My role involves interacting with prospective new residents and their families and guiding them through the often very emotional decision of choosing the right home. I feel very privileged to be part of such a lovely, caring team who are dedicated to maintaining the dignity and enhancing the quality of life of all our residents.
It is truly rewarding to see our new residents settle into their home and enjoy their new lifestyle.


Move-in Coordinator

Louise Challand

This is my first introduction working within the Care sector and I am really excited to be part of the Parklands team.
Having over 30 years’ experience within Customer Services & Sales Support, I have worked in various industries. I first qualified as a Hairdresser and later developed an interest in alternative therapies which I then qualified in Reflexology & Reiki too.
The past 13 years I have been working within the Food sector as a Business Support, coordinating with key customers, Account Managers and various departments. It was here where I developed my organisational skills and gained a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Activities Manager

Ana Amaya Yarce

I was born and raised in Colombia and graduated as a Psychologist in 2000.
I have been managing activities for 10 years, first in the cruise ship industry and now with Signature Care homes, where I started as an Activities Assistant and now as Activities Manager at Parklands Manor.
I love organizing big events and involving the whole community in the fun, also taking care of the day to day wellbeing needs of the residents, making sure that all aspects are covered.
From crosswords to bus trips, from exercises to special day events, my team and I will work to give the residents a full calendar of activities to choose from to keep them active mentally, physically and socially.

Richard Pearshouse

Head Chef

I grew up on the Isle Of Wight and so at 15, I started working in the seafood restaurants around the Island.  At 21 I moved up to live with my grandma and started working at the Sony Headquarters cooking for all the executives that worked there.  I was 24 when I started managing my own kitchen in the care Sector working at a Bupa care home in West Horsley.

I have spent my 13 years of working in care homes changing people’s perceptions of care home food and that is why I chose to work for Signature because they too have changed how people perceive what a care home is like.  I put a lot of pictures of the dishes we do on my Instagram account pearinakitchen so that people can hopefully see what we do at Parklands Manor.

Maintenance manager

Bruno Graca

My name is Bruno and I was born in Setubal, Portugal, a city near Lisbon surrounded by sea and mountains.
I worked for several years as General Manager in a reputed bookstore but 6 years ago I decided to change the course of my life and I emigrated to England with my wife, my two kids and my Labrador.
It’s been an amazing journey and for the last years, I discovered a new passion for Maintenance and I love being responsible for performing highly diversified duties and support the Home’s achieving outstanding results.

Housekeeping Manager 

Noopur Chauhan

Noopur is the Housekeeping Manager here at Parklands Manor. She brings with her a wealth of experience, with a degree in hotel management and over 16 years’ experience, more recently working in the care home sector for the past 5 years.
Noopur is committed to leading her Housekeeping team with her own personal promise to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment which gives a feeling of security and reassurance to our residents.

Restaurant Manager

Yuliia Gluch  

I arrived in the UK from Kiev in 2011. I am married with two children who are six and seven years old.
In Kiev I achieved a Masters degree in Chinese Philology. Since arriving in the UK I have worked in hospitality including Royal Ascot, Masterpiece and the Winter Olympics in Sochi.
I joined Parklands Manor in 2017 as a Restaurant Assistant and then promoted to Restaurant Manager in 2019.
I am delighted to be a part of the team at Parklands Manor and am passionate about providing an excellent service to all the residents.
