I have been working in the Health and social sector for over thirty years, inclusive of serving nine years in the Queen Alexander’s Royal Naval Nursing Service.
I have developed extensive experience in Oncology, Chemotherapy, Dementia and Care of the Elderly. I am passionate about providing high-quality service and developing high-performance teams within the service.
This helps ensure Moorlands Lodge is not only an exceptional Home for our residents to live in but an exciting and supportive environment for the Team to work in.


Client Liaison Manager

Thomas McGlashan

I joined the team at Moorlands Lodge team in early 2020 and have a background in marketing client management roles. In our role as a Customer Liaison Managers, my colleague Tina and I are responsible for being the initial point-of-contact for any new enquiries and guiding new members of the community and their loved ones through the move-in process; from selecting their perfect apartment to co-ordinating logistics on move-in day. I enjoy the variety of my role and building strong relationships with the rest of the team and residents.

Tina Laing

I have over 30 years experience in Sales & Marketing and Customer Liaison Roles working in a variety of sectors, most recently in hospitality and healthcare in the local area. I am delighted to be able to bring knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to the Customer Liaison role at Moorlands Lodge. I am passionate about helping people make the right choices when looking at their options for the next stage of their lives and proud to be able to offer prospective residents accommodation and care in such a happy, caring and professional home. It is a pleasure to be part of this fantastic team.

Hospitality  Manager 

Louisa Fifield

I am delighted to bring the knowledge and skills that I have gained from more than 30 years in customer service and hospitality management roles, across a range of industries, to the team and residents at Moorlands.

I believe that the dining and front-of-house experience for our residents is a vital and positive part of their day-to-day life. Along with the enthusiastic and motivated hospitality team, we strive to meet and exceed each residents individual expectations and needs in order to contribute to a truly holistic person-centred approach to care.

Activities Manager

Linda Booth

With a wealth of experience, my team and I are responsible for ensuring our residents lead a full and enriched life while living at Moorlands Lodge. A comprehensive activities schedule, as well as trips out, are provided and I am passionate about offering our residents a full and varied programme seven days a week, including evenings, to appeal to all needs and abilities.

Housekeeping  Manager 

Dawn Kerry 

I was one of the first team members to join Moorlands Lodge when we opened in 2012. I was appointed as the housekeeping manager and later progressed to become a mentor for many members of the team across Signature. I am delighted to be a part of a team who offer a beautiful, comfortable and luxurious environment in which I am able to share my knowledge and experience with others.

I am proud of the high standards we promote at Moorlands lodge. One of my favourite aspects of my role is building relationships with residents living at here and I take personal pride in ensuring residents live a full and comfortable life at Moorlands Lodge.

Maintenance manager

James Devlin

After 20 years experience in Maintenance, I am happy to Join the Moorlands Team to share my knowledge. My work ethos is making sure everything is safe, looks fantastic & everyone is smiling. I have a keen eye for detail and Moorlands certainly lives up to a high quality experience. I will always make time for each individual resident addressing any questions they might have. It is a privilege to be apart of such an amazing team that are here for your every need. Moorlands is so much more than just a job.
