Andrea Barker

I have been working in the Health and social sector for over thirty years, inclusive of serving nine years in the Queen Alexander’s Royal Naval Nursing Service.
I have developed extensive experience in Oncology, Chemotherapy, Dementia and Care of the Elderly. I am passionate about providing high-quality service and developing high-performance teams within the service.
This helps ensure Moorlands Lodge is not only an exceptional Home for our residents to live in but an exciting and supportive environment for the Team to work in.


Client Liaison Manager

Dean Trodd

I have been working within the care industry for the past few years.
My role as Client Liaison Manager enables me to show what Moorlands Lodge has to offer seniors who feel they now need care, support and ultimately a fun lifestyle.
I am passionate about helping people make the right choices when looking at their options for the next stage in their lives.
Moorlands Lodge has a wonderfully supportive team which is a privilege to be a part of.

Activities Manager

Linda Booth

With a wealth of experience, my team and I are responsible for ensuring our residents lead a full and enriched life while living at Moorlands Lodge. A comprehensive activities schedule, as well as trips out, are provided and I am passionate about offering our residents a full and varied programme seven days a week, including evenings, to appeal to all needs and abilities.

Maintenance Manager

Paul Rolfe 

Having joined Moorlands Lodge in January 2018 I came from a commercial background in heating and ventilating and building construction. Also lecturing in plumbing and heating to a City & Guilds standard with over 35 years’ experience.

Due to my knowledge of building control and experience within the field of maintenance; I deliver direct in-house training to the team at Moorlands lodge, I work with an enthusiastic team in which I take pride in advancing their knowledge and confidence in tackling tasks they have not done in the past.

I enjoy working with a strong and passionate team whose ultimate aim is to make a positive impact on the resident’s lives. I have regular interaction with many residents through my working week which supports our ethos of a person-centred approach.

Housekeeping  Manager 

Dawn Kerry 

I was one of the first team members to join Moorlands Lodge when we opened in 2012. I was appointed as the housekeeping manager and later progressed to become a mentor for many members of the team across Signature. I am delighted to be a part of a team who offer a beautiful, comfortable and luxurious environment in which I am able to share my knowledge and experience with others.

I am proud of the high standards we promote at Moorlands lodge. One of my favourite aspects of my role is building relationships with residents living at here and I take personal pride in ensuring residents live a full and comfortable life at Moorlands Lodge.
