Victoria Forsythe

I am a registered General nurse with over 25 years of experience in both the NHS and independent healthcare sector.

Having occupied senior leadership roles with both independent owner proprietors and larger corporate groups I feel privileged to have enjoyed a full and varied career working with vulnerable people requiring care and support, with their healthcare challenges such as Acquired Brain Injury, Complex Nursing Needs and Dementia.
As a qualified registered manager and professional trainer, I strive to support, coach and mentor her compassionate team to deliver exceptional, individualised care and support packages, with the aim of exceeding expectations of the home’s residents and their loved ones.  Dignity, respect and choice are key components in our mission.

I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to lead the team at Elton House and look forward to welcoming you into our community.

Dementia Care Manager

Claire Grant

I have worked in the health care sector for over 16 years and within this time, I have developed my skills in leadership and management and really enjoy working within the care sector because of the genuine passion I have to care for the wonder that is our elderly generation. As Dementia Care Manager at Signature Elton House, it is my responsibility to ensure that our residents are delivered the highest standards of person-centred care and that they are supported to live a fulfilling and happy life whilst living with Dementia. I truly believe that all of our residents deserve nothing but the best and I am very lucky to be part of a caring and empathetic team who have the same ethos and strive to achieve this always. At Elton House, there really are no limits to what can be achieved with the state of the art facilities and the varied and fulfilling enrichment programme provided for our residents.

Client Liaison Manager

Sandeep Nandhra-Gourlay

I am the first point of contact for both seniors and their families enquiring about care options. I am proud to invite people to take a tour of our community and make sure they leave with all the relevant information, having experienced Signature in action. The most rewarding aspect is supporting both families and seniors by being able to guide and counsel them on what can be an emotional experience. I feel privileged to help in the journey towards making the decision to join our community and then, seeing new residents flourish and make new friends  is the ultimate reward.

Residential Manager

Orla Ford

I’ve been in the care sector for 22 years. The joy of meeting new families and making a positive contribution to the lives of each and every one of our residents is truly rewarding.
Each resident is special and unique to all of us and I strive to ensure their lives are fulfilled to the best of their abilities. I have the honour of leading a fabulous and compassionate team of carers with many years of experience. I feel very blessed being part of the Signature family and I am confident that we are able to make such a difference in crucial moments of an individual’s journey, whether it’s a lifestyle choice or a care need.
My experience has taken me on a training pathway with medication and manual handling and I am looking forward to being the internal trainer for Elton house.

Hospitality Services Manager

Joshua McKenzie

I have worked in the service industry for over 8 years in a variety of roles from First-Class Cabin Crew at British Airways to progressing into Food and Beverage management in 4 and 5-star Properties.
I am a highly self-motivated and person-centric individual with a passion for delivering excellence and a strong belief in putting residents at the heart of all that I do.
Evidenced throughout my career, I have developed a reputation as a role model who is highly enthusiastic, caring, motivational and with a passion for success.
I strive for excellence and it is amazing to be part of such a forward-thinking diverse team of individuals looking to deliver outstanding care and service.
I love my job and each day coming into Elton House is an absolute pleasure.

Activities Manager

Beverley Pratt

I took over the role of Activities Manager in January 2019. I feel incredibly privileged to be part of the wonderful team here at Elton House. Having come from an entirely different background but with a wealth of experience in event planning under my belt, I want to bring a fresh experience to the residents here at Elton House. I am passionate about responding to residents needs and empowering them to access exciting and meaningful activities on a regular basis. Our programme is busy and varied and ever-changing depending on feedback. I am a positive, vibrant person with a passion for good quality service and creating smiles. There really never is a dull moment!

People Service Manager 

Hollie Dunton 

I have worked for Signature since July 2018 and am very proud to be one of the founder members of staff that supported our opening of Elton House in September 2018. My background is within people management and recruitment and I have worked within the Care Industry for the last 3 years. My role as ‘People Services Manager’ is to look after our staff at Elton House and guide them through there career pathways with relevant training and guidance. I hope to help staff at all levels in all departments reach their full potential and to make the recruitment process as exceptional as Elton House is.
