General Manager

Laura Hulett

My career in care started in 2009 after graduating from University with a Psychology degree, and I have been a manager of residential and nursing homes since 2013.

I am passionate about enabling residents to continue to live their lives as they did in their own homes. I also love being involved in the day-to-day running of a home, working alongside the team and getting to know our residents and their families.

I was attracted to Signature’s ethos of care and how our residents are encouraged to maintain the lifestyle they wish to lead. We have a real focus on resident wellbeing, with each resident enjoying a personalised level of care within a beautiful, well-kept home.

I have worked in the Health and Social Care Sector since 2004, initially starting my career as a care assistant. I was also a Service Co-ordinator in Bucks NHS for 3 years, and taught Health and Social Care at Amersham & Wycombe College. Over the years, I have gained additional qualifications to improve my knowledge, skills and practice including a BA Hons and MBA, and have served as Deputy Manager at a previous home.

I work with a fantastic team at Cliveden Manor and I relish my role as the Residential Care Manager. The wellbeing of every single resident in the home truly matters to me.

Dementia Care Manager

Marcin Michalczewski

I have worked within the care sector for over 10 years. My adventure with Signature started back in December 2016 and since joining the company I have taken on different roles, initially starting as a Care Assistant within Willows, our dementia community. Working among a team of passionate individuals here at Cliveden Manor has given me the opportunity to progress. Over the past 5 years I have completed my NVQ Level 5 in Management in Care Settings; I became a Dementia Friends Champion supporting the Alzheimer’s Society in raising awareness of dementia; and finally, I was awarded Level 6 in Dementia Management.

I am very proud to be the Dementia Care Manager at Cliveden Manor. I have a passion for delivering excellent care to ensure the wellbeing of our residents. I am privileged to manage a team of dedicated professionals who strive daily to help me deliver this. I strongly believe that by working together we can ensure a happy and fulfilled life for our residents living with dementia.

Dorina Morariu

I have been a qualified Registered Nurse since 2013, and in 2019 completed an NVQ5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care. In previous roles I have been a Deputy Manager.

I am here at Cliveden Manor to be part of a strong team with ongoing development. I am enthusiastic and always aiming for the highest standards of care.

Activities Manager

Natalie Waller

I have worked in the care industry for five years, four of which have been with Signature.
The activities team and I strive for excellence in producing a varied and stimulating activities programme, to enrich our residents’ lives.
I am a very positive leader and have an enthusiastic outlook on activities at Cliveden Manor.

Head Chef

Andrew Eastwell

Some of my best memories are of cooking with my grandmother in her old brick house near London; she was always cooking and baking for our family and her friends in the local community.  I pursued my passion and completed a Hotel Management, Restaurant & Catering course.  This then took me to France where I studied at the College Maryse Bastie for two years in the Champagne region of Reims.  After living in San Diego for a while with my family, we moved back to England, where I worked in hotel restaurants before becoming Head Chef of a renowned village pub, which I enjoyed for 14 years.

I take great pride in the meals we prepare for our residents, using fresh seasonal ingredients and offering them well-balanced and creative menus.  As a team, we work closely with our residents, finding out what they enjoy most, and as well as our daily menus, we enjoy organising and cooking our various special themed events throughout the year.

Business Administrator

Sam Headington

I started my career as an administrator in a primary school, I moved to the care industry almost 4 years ago and haven’t looked back since. Every day is different and I love the challenge it brings!
Signature is a wonderful company to work for and I feel privileged to be given the opportunity to grow. Our values and ethos make the workplace a happy and striving environment, which is something I hope to contribute to when recruiting for the home. In my role, I support Cliveden with finding the best team, and making sure all our staff are happy and feel valued no matter what job they do. I hope the team feel they can approach me for anything and my door is always open, even if I don’t know the answer to the question – I’ll always give it a go!

Restaurant Manager

Alfio Fiumara

I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for 40 years within a restaurant environment, delivering high standards of service. This is my first experience in the care industry and I find my role very enjoyable and rewarding.

I like to meet different residents, listen to their comments, and try to satisfy their needs and expectations.

Maintenance Manager

Johnny Guerreiro

I worked for a health and safety company in Portugal for 14 years, as a regional services manager. Part of my role was performing health & safety inspections in schools, hospitals and care homes.

Four years ago I moved from Portugal to the UK and started to work in the care sector. Before joining Cliveden Manor, I was the Maintenance Manager of a similar large residential care home.

I am proud to work in our lovely home and my aim is to ensure a safe, compliant and comfortable environment for all our residents, team members and visitors.
