General Manager

Laura Hulett

My career in care started in 2009 after graduating from University with a Psychology degree, and I have been a manager of residential and nursing homes since 2013.

I am passionate about enabling residents to continue to live their lives as they did in their own homes. I also love being involved in the day-to-day running of a home, working alongside the team and getting to know our residents and their families.

I was attracted to Signature’s ethos of care and how our residents are encouraged to maintain the lifestyle they wish to lead. We have a real focus on resident wellbeing, with each resident enjoying a personalised level of care within a beautiful, well-kept home.

Nursing Care Manager

Mihaela Popa

I joined Signature in 2017 after newly qualifying as a nurse. I worked as a senior carer for my first 5 months to ensure I had a good understanding of the workings of the home. I then progressed to being one of our registered nurses for 2 years before being promoted to Nursing Care Manager.
I am driven by my passion for the elderly and providing exceptional care wherever I go. I am truly dedicated to the improvement and advancement of nursing techniques and delivering these in an environment that puts our residents at ease, allows them to have their freedom and enables them to live an enriched life.

I am committed to handling your enquiry with care and integrity, supporting you and your family throughout the move-in process. I consider myself very lucky indeed.

Dementia Care Manager

Francoise Gooding

I was deputy manager in a residential care home before arriving at Cliveden in 2019. I have had a few different roles within the home, helping me to learn and understand every aspect of the way Signature care homes are run. My passion is to work with people living with Dementia. I am very excited to be able to support the residents, their families and the team on Willows. I love my work and I am looking forward to making a difference, sharing my knowledge and my experience with the team.

Activities Manager

Natalie Waller

I have worked in the care industry for five years, four of which have been with Signature.
The activities team and I strive for excellence in producing a varied and stimulating activities programme, to enrich our residents’ lives.
I am a very positive leader and have an enthusiastic outlook on activities at Cliveden Manor.

Head Chef

Andrew Eastwell

Some of my best memories are of cooking with my grandmother in her old brick house near London; she was always cooking and baking for our family and her friends in the local community.  I pursued my passion and completed a Hotel Management, Restaurant & Catering course.  This then took me to France where I studied at the College Maryse Bastie for two years in the Champagne region of Reims.  After living in San Diego for a while with my family, we moved back to England, where I worked in hotel restaurants before becoming Head Chef of a renowned village pub, which I enjoyed for 14 years.

I take great pride in the meals we prepare for our residents, using fresh seasonal ingredients and offering them well-balanced and creative menus.  As a team, we work closely with our residents, finding out what they enjoy most, and as well as our daily menus, we enjoy organising and cooking our various special themed events throughout the year.

Business Administrator

Sam Headington

I started my career as an administrator in a primary school, I moved to the care industry almost 4 years ago and haven’t looked back since. Every day is different and I love the challenge it brings!
Signature is a wonderful company to work for and I feel privileged to be given the opportunity to grow. Our values and ethos make the workplace a happy and striving environment, which is something I hope to contribute to when recruiting for the home. In my role, I support Cliveden with finding the best team, and making sure all our staff are happy and feel valued no matter what job they do. I hope the team feel they can approach me for anything and my door is always open, even if I don’t know the answer to the question – I’ll always give it a go!

Restaurant Manager

Alfio Fiumara

I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for 40 years within a restaurant environment, delivering high standards of service. This is my first experience in the care industry and I find my role very enjoyable and rewarding.

I like to meet different residents, listen to their comments, and try to satisfy their needs and expectations.

Maintenance Manager

Johnny Guerreiro

I worked for a health and safety company in Portugal for 14 years, as a regional services manager. Part of my role was performing health & safety inspections in schools, hospitals and care homes.

Four years ago I moved from Portugal to the UK and started to work in the care sector. Before joining Cliveden Manor, I was the Maintenance Manager of a similar large residential care home.

I am proud to work in our lovely home and my aim is to ensure a safe, compliant and comfortable environment for all our residents, team members and visitors.
