Terms and Conditions – £1,000 Discount Offer at Signature at Caversham

• This offer is available to new permanent residents who visit and take a tour of Signature at Caversham between 1st October 2025 and 30th April 2026.
• To qualify, the resident must move into the home within 30 days of their initial visit.
• A £1,000 discount will be applied to the resident’s third month of invoices, deducted from the weekly room rate total.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
• The offer applies only to permanent stays and is not valid for respite or short-term bookings.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, incentive, or discount.
• The £1,000 discount will be applied to the invoice following the qualifying 90-day period.
• The offer ends on 30th April 2026. Move-ins must take place no later than 31st May 2026 to qualify.
• Signature Senior Lifestyle reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.

Inclusive price applies to room rate and Residential or Dementia care packages only. Nursing surcharges and one-to-one care are exempt. Offer applies to new move-ins only on a private pay basis. Annual room and care fee increases of no more than 5.5% apply (Subject to an annual 5% increase or aligned to CPIH* when greater than 6%).

*CPIH is defined as the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs.
