This year at Coombe Hill Manor our Haggis was bought back from Scotland by one of our maintenance team Paul, and cooked by Tom one of our chefs.
The residents were delighted to see Paul in his family tartan kilt present the haggis while Hamish played the bagpipes and also performed the famous Robert Burns Ode, called, ‘Address to a Haggis.’
