The level of care and attention to detail at Reigate Grange is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is so caring and friendly and my mother is as happy as she has been for years. Both my father and I have complete peace of mind and mum could not be in a better place.J H (Daughter of Resident)
Exceptional service in trying times. My mother is doing much better having been moved to this facility to start rehabilitation from a hip operation and illness. She is being treated as an individual with individual needs and may be able to make it back to independent living because of this. Nothing is too much trouble and I only wish we had found this facility a few weeks ago when time was on our side. It is the perfect place to recuperate. I would recommend anyone recovering from an operation to opt for this service instead of home carers if finances allow.Alison (Daughter of Resident)
The various activities were all well documented in a bright colourful magazine, and I took part in everything offered. The meals were delicious with well-trained waiters who encouraged me to taste a variety of foods. All members of the large staff are charming and were always on hand to offer advice and encouragement. I will return.Shirley D (Resident)
From the receptionist onwards, everyone was wonderful - food was delicious, an utterly brilliant chef. They manage to create a wonderful atmosphere of a first class hotel with a lot of personal attention and warmth.Jane P (Resident)
Lovely ambience, spacious room, friendly, honest and attentive staff. Superb, tasty and variety of meals - highly recommended. Am tempted to book myself in!Myrna H (Wife of Resident)
Friendly and helpful atmosphere - excellent range of activities in pleasant surroundings. Splendid bedroom with helpful and willing staff.Sheila S (Resident)
Very good. Excellent surroundings, calm, peaceful, rooms superb with good walk in en-suite bathroom/showers. Staff could not be more courteous and willing to please from reception, restaurants, room cleaners to managers. Nursing staff are very able and good at times of crisis. Food very good and restaurant surroundings excellent - good linen and their cooked meals are beautifully served with wine if desired.Ruth B (Resident)
We are very impressed with the care my mother has received whilst at Rosebery Manor over the past 2 years. All the staff are friendly, caring and show a lot of respect to all residents and their relatives. Following my mother's stroke, the staff have quickly and seamlessly adapted to her new and more intensive level of care and needs without even having to ask. The Dementia unit is very efficiently run by the Dementia Manager who maintains very high standards whilst treating all residents as individuals.Caroline (Daughter of Resident)
I have lived here since 2017. My first impression was a surprise at the non-institutional and relaxed atmosphere rather like that of a good hotel! But the staff are efficient and caring and create an atmosphere of friendship and community. There are plenty of activities for all tastes. It was lovely to be able to bring my own furniture and indeed I could have brought a dog or a husband! With my poor health, I am confident in the meticulous care taken by the nursing staff.Valerie B (Resident)
Always treated with respect and dignity on my visits from the staff at the reception desk to the various carers I have had the pleasure to come into contact with. The care and attention given to the resident I visit, from my observation, is kindly and compassionate. There is nothing I could find fault with.Janet S (Friend of Resident)
From the start, we found the staff at Rosebery very helpful and considerate. The receptionists and moving-in coordinators are especially friendly and assisted us in many ways. My mother-in-law settled in well, enjoys the food, finds her room comfy and says the staff are friendly and do what she wants them to do. Moving a relative with dementia proved to be easier than we'd thought. The nursing staff are happy to update us regularly and we feel very welcome during our regular visits.Sylvia N (Daughter-in-law of Resident)
My elderly friend moved to Rosebery Manor when he could no longer manage at home. The staff have been so helpful from him moving in, to the care provided while in the home. We have found all the staff to be very friendly and caring and the home itself is like a hotel. I would highly recommend this home.Jackie R (Friend of Resident)
I have nothing but praise for everyone at Reigate Grange. I had to find a home for my elderly father at short notice as it became apparent that the suddenly could no longer care for himself. Thank goodness for Reigate Grange! Everything was done to make the transition swift and smooth - a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. My father has settled in extremely well and is now very content.J W (Daughter of Resident)
Since my mother has been here she seems to have settled very well. The care staff took into account our concerns and help put them into a constructive care plan for my mum. The staff are helpful, happy and willing to listen. The accommodation is lovely and very tasteful and suits my mum.Kim H (Daughter of Resident)
Living so far away, it has been a delight to see Mum so well settled. She has good relationships with some of the staff and is taking part in many of the activities available. The greatest gift came last night when returned from the theatre and Mum said "ahh, I'm home"! I can return to my home knowing Mum is happier than she has been and I have met and know her carers.Denyse B (Daughter of Resident)
The staff and management show real compassion and respect and interest in their guests. The activities include all and are varied. The Hilltop's community activities are enjoyable and stimulating and the singing and dancing especially meets their needs. Reigate Grange has managed to achieve a proper genuine 'home from home' where others don't.Paul F (Son of Resident)
The building is lovely but most of all the staff and managers do show genuine care, interest and professionalism looking after the residents. They put a lot of thought into the activities for residents. All the staff have a positive and friendly attitude. Some of the admin processes can be inconsistent and not as user-friendly as you would expect. However, that does not detract from the confidence they give us that our relative is genuinely well cared for. We have seen a real imporvement in my aunt, who is now back to her old happy self.C C (Nephew of Resident)
I have been a resident here only a short time and have been made so very welcome by all the staff also the residents. The kindness of the staff are truly amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Quite outstanding are the meals absolutely delicious and served looking as wonderful as they taste. I am looking forward to partaking in some of the very varied activities and outings that are on the programme.E L (Resident)
The team at Pembroke House have all been amazing since my father came first for respite care and then as a permanent resident. Dad had only been here for 1 week before he decided he wanted to stay. He saw what excellent care could look like. As a registered nurse myself, I have been beyond impressed by both the nursing care and the input from the carers. My father has trust in those caring for him. Every member of staff is cheerful, positive and nothing is too much trouble. My Dad is always treated with the utmost dignity.Sandra H (Daughter of Resident)
My mother has been living at Pembroke House for a year now. The last few months have been challenging for her, the family and the care team in the home. I would like to say a big thank you to the manager, nurses, care team plus the other members of the team such as reception, housekeeping and the activities team. I can only say how caring and supportive they have been to mum and the family.S G (Daughter of Resident)
My husband is in Pembroke House. The family and I feel so lucky. The staff treat him with respect and going beyond what they have to do and showing great kindness and patience. I am made to feel very comfortable always offered a cup of tea or coffee on arrival which is appreciated after a bus ride. The staff have become our friends any problems we know we can phone and they will sort it. I thoroughly recommend this home.A E (Wife of Resident)
My close friend (of over 50 years) was found unable to return to her own home after our extensive period in hospital following a fan. After research, we discovered Pembroke House. The same friend is now cheery, positive and quickly settled into a situation she always rejected! Pembroke House is impressive. It finds a way to be "homely" whilst satisfying every need in a stylish way. (The staff could be described with the same words). Well done!Barbara J (Friend of Resident)
Beautifully styled and immaculately kept care home with a lovely calm environment. Plenty of activities throughout the day and staff are caring and attend to needs promptly with dignity and discretion. Great range of food beautifully presented. My mother’s quality of life has improved considerably since she arrived and she is so much happier having such a great community around her.Karen W (Daughter of Resident)
My father stayed at Parklands for two weeks post-operative care. This is a brand new home with very high quality throughout. Quality of care, staff, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Highly recommended.J M (Son of Resident)
We would recommend this care home to all our friends and family. The care received is 100% and cannot fault the care received. Resident completely happy now. Always smiling and does not want to return to her own home once respite period completed.M D (Daughter-in-law of Resident)
From the very first time we stepped inside Parklands Manor, we were made to feel so welcome. My dad has now been in the home for 4 weeks and today very happily became a permanent resident. He was telling the moving in coordinator (his favourite) that all the staff were wonderful. I have found them extremely caring and patient, especially as he is not the easiest person. The facilities are excellent, the food great and the care second to none. I cannot rate Parklands Manor too highly.Christine A (Daughter of Resident)
The most fantastic experience. After our "normal" trepidation of putting dad into full-time care we were delighted at the result. A fantastic home with absolutely brilliant staff. Caring and attentive. Dad is enjoying his time immensely. I have never seen him smile so much. Thank you.Mark L (Son of Resident)
Initially apprehensive, my two-week respite care was a pleasure. The care home was well appointed in attractive grounds. All staff were attentive, cheerful and caring. I particularly appreciated that they always knocked on my room door before entering. I enjoyed the cinema, library, keep fit sessions - appropriate for us elderly - and excellent meals and snacks with choice. I noticed the general contentment of permanent residents. Top of the range. A first class hotel with care.S R (Respite Resident)
My father has only been at Signature Parklands Manor for 2 weeks but I have seen a huge change in him. Delighted with everything so brought my 93-year-old mother in law on Saturday (9.2.19) to see dad, she was extremely impressed and asked for a brochure. The staff took her on a guided tour. When she is ready to move, it will be Signature Parklands Manor she moves into. She loved the café.Denise W (Daughter of Resident)
Parklands have been fantastic for my father, he has been able to live independently in his own apartment which was so important to him, but the staff and care team look out for him and ultimately are there should his needs change. The home is to a very high standard and the cinema a real bonus allowing him to watch sports matches on the big screen. Only a few months in, but so far a good start and I would recommend Parklands and a fantastic team of people.R W (Daughter of Resident)
I found the atmosphere in Moorlands Lodge so warm and welcoming especially in Livingstone Ward for dementia patients. Where my husband lived for nearly a year. Each of the staff had a different personality but each of them were so affectionate and caring, treating them with sympathy, patience and understanding. This meant so much to me and enabled me to have a life.A C (Wife of Resident)
As a family, we cannot thank the very compassionate team at Moorlands Lodge for the wonderful care that they have given to both my father in law and mother in law. At very difficult times it has been the help of a professional and dedicated team that has got us through and for that, we cannot thank them enough. It is so important when looking for care for our families that we find somewhere that is caring and passionate in what they do. Should you be looking for that place I highly recommend you take a look at Moorlands Lodge.Roy B (Son-in-law of Resident)
I have been here for the first few weeks as a respite patient and have now decided to stay long term. The staff are all delightful, creating an atmosphere of happiness and helpfulness at all times. The kitchen staff, in particular, are so good at helping me with my awkward food requests owing to swallowing difficulties. I have met quite a few residents and they all agree it is an excellent establishment and are happy here. I have, therefore, no hesitation in recommending Moorlands very highly and wish it well for the future.Sheelagh T (Resident)
The home has a lovely atmosphere. The team is so welcoming and the nursing care is fantastic. The staff really care about the residents and are on hand to advise. I am so glad we found Moorlands - it has given us all peace of mind in what could have been a difficult period.Susan M (Daughter of Resident)
My Aunt spent a period of respite care at Moorlands Lodge following a spell in hospital. She lives alone and we did not feel she was ready to return home straight from hospital. Moorlands Lodge proved to be the perfect place for her to regain her confidence and their excellent care and support has helped to return her to independent living once more. I would not hesitate to recommend the excellent facilities and the wonderful staff at Moorlands Lodge.Trisha L (Niece of Resident)
The surroundings are luxurious, the nursing care is excellent. All the staff are caring and friendly and take trouble to stop and talk with all the relations of the resident.L H (Wife of Resident)
Competent, professional staff from concierge to carers to management, so very helpful and informative when we looked to and did move Mum from another care home. Luxurious rooms and bathrooms. Public areas are like a 5-star hotel. Mum is so much happier!S W (Daughter of Resident)
The facilities at Elton House are beautiful, from the rooms through to all the amazing facilities. More importantly, though all the staff are wonderful, kind, thoughtful and extremely patient, especially with my mother. They treated Dad with great care and dignity when he passed away and I will always be grateful for this. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a warm, friendly and beautiful environment for their parent's care.Brenda L (Daughter of Resident)
I have not found Elton House wanting in any respect. The premises are superb and the staff extremely respectful and caring. So pleased I chanced upon it. My 15-night stay has been a great experience.Averil J (Resident)
My mother has been at Coombe Hill Manor for 5 months and has been very happy here from the start. The staff are fantastic, very attentive, caring and empathetic. There is always something going on with the activities and these are tailored to fit each resident. I am so happy she is here as I can go home and know that she feels safe and happy here and that I don't have to worry about her at all.Claire R (Daughter of Resident)
We visited many homes before finding one where we felt we could leave our mother, safe in the knowledge that she would be looked after with affection, dignity and professionalism at all times. Nearly two years later this feeling has not diminished at all, in fact, the opposite. I genuinely couldn't recommend more highly.Gregory K (Son of Resident)
Both my parents are residents. During the last year my mother had to move to Augusta. The staff made the transition much easier both in terms of the practical and emotional aspects.I visit approximately twice a month. I am always made very welcome and the staff always know how both mum and dad are.M D (Son of Resident)
This was the first time I had visited my friend at Coombe Hill Manor and I visited many relatives over the years in nursing homes, I have concluded this one to be the finest. I found the staff extremely friendly and gather, from the friend I visited, that they are all a great team and take care of the residents 24/7. Nothing is too much trouble and the food service is excellent.Trevor H (Friend of Resident)
There is no way to adequately describe how absolutely marvellous Coombe Hill Manor have been whilst looking after my mother over the last three years. Right from the start, the whole team were very professional and managed my mother's move in efficiently and with great support. Once at Coombe Hill, the atmosphere was great and the staff friendly and nothing could be too much trouble which enabled my mother to settle in easily, feel secure and respected in her rooms as if in a six-star hotel suite!Anthony D (Son of Resident)
My mother's care needs increased towards the end of her life. I cannot rate the nursing care which she received more highly and the genuine outpouring of grief and love at her passing from all who nursed her touched my heart deeply. My mother embraced the staff and carers as her "family" and they reciprocated and loved her. I shall always be grateful for what they did for her.Gill T (Daughter of Resident)
Everyone has been so friendly and reassuring to my parents who have moved recently into Coombe Hill Manor. Their sitting room, bedroom and bathroom are so comfortable and the staff are always offering to help and are very supportive but at the same time allowing them their independence as much as possible.F T (Daughter of Resident)
Our mother moved into Cliveden Manor 14 months ago – initially into one of the spacious assisted living rooms and then as her condition progressed into a small room in the Willows (Dementia suite). Our mother enjoys life at Cliveden Manor especially the fantastic entertainment programme – it is super to see her singing and clapping to the live music and she loves so many of the musical activities. Not only are activities available but the whole care team work to ensure that as many residents as possible enjoy them.Linda W (Daughter of Resident)
The move to Cliveden Manor was absolutely right for all of us and I wish that my mother had made the decision earlier. Cliveden Manor has provided her with a home, care, kindness and companionship. The welcoming atmosphere means that my family have been able to treat it as a home from home and see her every day. Residents and staff have been particularly kind to all of the little children who have raced in to visit their great-grandmother. it is what the best such places should be: not hushed, tucked away and smelling of cabbage, but part of life, full of visitors and flowers.Candida S (Daughter of Resident)
I have spent three months at Cliveden Manor and have expereinced the professional care and friendship of all the staff which has helped me to recover from two falls in my flat. I would recommend them to family and friends.Margaret D (Resident)
Signature Cliveden Manor is welcoming as soon as you enter, spotlessly clean, smiling staff who all have time to help but most important a sense of how independent residents are encouraged to be and how their dignity is paramount. The entertainments are fantastic and so varied it is hard not to find something to suit everyone.Elizabeth G (Daughter of Resident)
Mam went into Cliveden Manor in September 2014 initially into assisted living but after two months she went into The Willows. The care mam receives is always unfailing, professional and warm and all the time carried out with a smile. Mam can be quite difficult at times but she is always dealt with sympathetically and with reason. The best thing I can say to simplify my view on Cliveden Manor is that I sleep well at night knowing mam is being well looked after.Patrick R (Son of Resident)
My mother initially found the transition from her own home difficult and needed a lot of support and help. The care staff and reception team could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. She is now settled in and is thriving.J D (Daughter of Resident)
I am delighted with the outstanding care my father has received at Bentley House. From the minute I made my enquiry to today, everything has been handled professionally, by staff who are caring and compassionate. I have seen several other homes and in my opinion, none are comparable to Bentley House in terms of the care, environment and lively atmosphere. Would not hesitate in recommending this home.C L (Son of Resident)
My father moved into Bentley House in 2016. He has been exceptionally well cared for by a caring and friendly team. The home staff have treated him as an individual recognising his likes and he has nothing but praise for the home. He chooses not to participate in most activities, enjoying his own lounge area, TV, DVD player etc but the home has involved him in activities which appeal to him within an extensive and well-supported programme. Food is very varied and although my father finds it a little bland he recognises this is more to others tastes. Interviewed by the home for an advert he said 'fallen on my feet' regarding the home which is an excellent endorsement of the care I have seen evidence of.Alan P (Son of Resident)
My mum is so happy here, very settled, she is looked after so well. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. We have nothing but good things to say and would recommend it to everyone. It's a perfect home and we love it.Cathy L (Daughter of Resident)
Our Mum is extremely happy and settled in Bentley House. All the carers are very good at their jobs and go over and above to help my Mum. The activities are always well organised and different each week and the team always encourage my Mum to join in. We have no complaints at all and are pleased our Mum is so happy here. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bentley House to others.Dawn B (Daughter of Resident)
My aunt arrived as an urgent respite care resident and was warmly received. She has since become a permanent resident and could not be happier. The attitude and care shown by all the staff is exemplary. Nurses are so efficient and kind, it makes all the medical issues so much easier for her to tolerate. Everyone, without exception, has been wonderful.S H (Niece of Resident)
My Dad came to The Beeches just 3 weeks ago after a very traumatic hospital stay. The whole family are thrilled to see the progress he has made, which is due to the wonderful care and kindness of your staff. Every day we find him dressed and well presented. He tells us that staff take an interest in his life and the pressure sores he got from his hospital stay are beginning to heal. We cannot recommend The Beeches highly enough. Thank you.Sam G (Daughter of Resident)
I recently made twice daily visits to my sister during two weeks spent at Brentwood. Prior to that, I had visited my sister and her husband a number of times over the previous 3 years before his passing last month. I had always been impressed by the warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere within The Beeches and the beautiful, spacious and attractively decorated and furnished rooms and leisure areas. Most recently, I had spent the days chatting and joining in activities with my sister and other residents, and all personnel there I hold in the highest regard - no matter their role - each was dedicated, delightful and welcoming which couldn’t help but “rub off” on all those they care for. If there was a score - I would have to give them at least 100%Susan M (Sister of Resident)
The care given to my father during the last weeks of his life 2was excellent in every respect. The staff looked after him with such kindness and compassion whilst always preserving his dignity. They provided wonderful support for the entire family and we will always be grateful to every one of them for the thoughtful and considerate way in which they eased his passing.Richard C (Son of Resident)
The Beeches feels like a plush hotel. A doctor at Basildon Hospital referred to it as The Ritz of care homes. Accommodation is first class. Dining is a delight. Entertainment is excellent. Camaraderie is great. The staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. They looked after my mum with love and affection. We all felt very much a part of a big family.Bernadette R (Daughter of Resident)
My mum moved to The Beeches after a difficult time in her life. The transformation in her is amazing thanks to all the hard work of the team on Woodlands and also the hard work of the manager in helping us with my mum's move. The pride the staff have in taking care of the residents puts other care homes to shame. The Beeches sets standards other homes should aspire to be like. Thank you.Mandy B (Daughter of Resident)
My parents have recently moved to Signature in Ascot Grange. Their new home at Ascot Grange is truly 5 Star in every aspect. It is a beautifully furnished building in a wonderful, peaceful and tranquil location with beautiful gardens. I would recommend Signature's Ascot Grange to anyone in the future.Kevin O (Son of Resident)
Ascot Grange is a lovely friendly place where you feel very safe. The staff are fair and kind to your every need. The food is delicious. You can have more or different and if you want, in your own room. So many lovely people here. I have made friends. We laugh and go to the cinema, dancing, playing cards and scrabble. A lot of entertainment for us. Lots of day trips shopping. Fish and chips is great.Sylvia S (Resident)
My mother has previously rejected the idea of moving into a retirement/care living. However, she is obviously very comfortable and at home in Ascot Grange. Her apartment has a feel very much like her previous house. She has not had any complaints. The staff have all been so supportive and caring not only to my mother but to myself and family. I live in Australia and my visit over the last week has been very enjoyable. This is set up for visitors just as much as for residents and I'm very grateful.Dominic S
Living locally, I knew of Ascot Grange and called for information. From the first phone call, they made it clear they were willing to help in any way possible. Ultimately, I chose to move into a 1-bed apartment here with my wife. Everything is taken care of and I have nothing to do. All of my time is devoted to my wife and in particular, she loves it and feels very safe. It is like living in a 5-star hotel; nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are brilliant as are the staff. I cannot recommend it highly enough.C W (Husband of Resident)
My 95-year-old mother fell and broke her thigh bone and after 2 weeks in hospital, they insisted on discharging her, even though she couldn't stand. She came to Ascot Grange and received wonderful care. She had enriched food and milkshakes to build up her strength, but the staff are the home's greatest asset. They are loving, caring, patient and always cheerful and my mother was always treated with dignity and respect. They are the best of the best.Jennifer P
All members of staff are excellent and have been unbelievable with their care and attention to my wife, who has settled in well. I cannot stress enough how superb Pembroke House is.Douglas T (Husband of Resident)
I can't thank everyone enough for their support this week in making the transition as smooth as possible for her and us. Nothing is too much for anyone. Everyone has been complete superstars. Nan said she felt like a different person; and Jo, who has been checking in on nan (and I) over the past days and shows a true love and compassion towards the residents, which is a pure joy to see. I will forever be grateful for meeting with you and for your tour of Pembroke House, as I feel that Nan is now in the best place and the best caring hands.Carley (Granddaughter of Resident)
My 88-year-old mother moved into Parklands Manor on 12th February. We wanted somewhere that was residential but with the basic care and Support there if needed. Mum has the privacy and freedom of her own room, and company of others when she wants. The grounds and building are new and amazing. The food is good, we have even had several meals in one of the two restaurants with mum. There are always plenty of activities going on. All the staff are caring and friendly. Before mum moved into Parklands, I would constantly worry about how she was coping on a daily basis. Now that worry has gone and the time I spend with her is happy and relaxed.Deborah (Daughter of Resident)
All of the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and are willing to go out of their way to help the residents and their families. I am so pleased with the choice we have made and I am now relieved my mother is safe, comfortable and being looked after to a high standard in luxury surroundings. I have no hesitation in recommending Parklands Manor to anyone, I keep telling mum it’s like being on holiday at a 5-star hotel!Barry C (Son of Resident)
The home is amazing, surroundings are fab, care staff and management are very friendly and caring, they have truly made a difference! A huge thank you to Parklands and I would highly recommend the home. It has given us that reassurance that Dad is receiving excellent care.Cheryl W (Daughter of Resident)
Lovely ambience, spacious room, friendly, honest and attentive staff. Superb, tasty and variety of meals - highly recommended. Am tempted to book myself in!Wimbledon – Myrna H
It is charming in every way - a home from home but 100% nicer! From the receptionist onwards, everyone was wonderful - food was delicious, an utterly brilliant chef. They manage to create a wonderful atmosphere of a first class hotel with a lot of personal attention and warmth.Wimbledon – Jane P
I have lived here since November 2017. My first impression was a surprise at the non-institutional and relaxed atmosphere rather like that of a good hotel! The staff are efficient and caring and create an atmosphere of friendship and community. There are plenty of activities for all tastes. It was lovely to be able to bring my own furniture and indeed I could have brought a dog or a husband! The Pembroke House team have been professional and very caring in dealing with mum. They helped us both in what was a difficult time.Layla Owen
