" I am writing to say how impressed we are by Loxley Park. My Mother moved in mid June and has had a new lease of life. We feel so lucky to have found you!
My Mother was first attracted to Loxley Park by the range and number of activities and the quality of the food. She has much appreciated them both! What she and we as visitors, have found is a very special ethos with staff in all roles being professional, caring and friendly, happy to help outside their remit and always treating people with respect. In activities residents are enabled to take part, maximise their own abilities and enjoy!
We have much appreciated the help with the logistics, paperwork and links with outside services; the standard of housekeeping; the personal service in the restaurant and the skills of the very handy men and the care staff. The good communication between teams makes such a difference.

"There is one thing about Loxley Park that no glossy brochure or website can adequately convey, and that is the sheer warmth of the staff here, who are all kind and caring people going about their work with smiles on their faces.
