Julie Haughton
General Manager
Julie qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1980 and specialised in the care of older adults, even taking her skills abroad to work on the commissioning of an acute admission and rehabilitation hospital.
She has worked in the independent and voluntary sector for 15 years. Julie is committed to providing a high quality service, tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
Sarah Wilson
Wellbeing Manager
Sarah joined Signature in April 2010 and qualified as Registered General Nurse in 2002. Sarah has specialised in acute stoke care, short stay nursing and frail elderly medicine.
She has also been awarded as an Elder Person Champion for the Royal Infirmary Hospital. Sarah's bubbly personality accommodates residents and their families welcoming all to South Lodge.
Sharon Dilci
Senior Nurse
Sharon has been with Signature from the start of South Lodge in January 2010. Sharon qualified as Registered Mental Nurse in 1981. After training in Leicester, Sharon has worked in many different parts of the country including London and Yorkshire. Sharon's passion and knowledge for Dementia has continuously grown after 7 years of experience in the specialised field.
Alex Reffell
Activities Manager
Alex joined South Lodge in August, she has previously worked in a similar role on an NHS mental health unit in Manchester. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Bolton.
Alex has a lot of strings to her bow and plans to use her skills and expertise to create a fresh and diverse activities schedule encompassing the desires and interests of South Lodge residents.
