Marlene Snodgrass
General Manager
Marlene qualified as Registered Nurse in 1976, and has worked in both the NHS and the private Sector as well working within the hospitality sector.
Marlene has a strong work ethic and encourages her teams to be patient focused. She believes passionately in education and practice development, always with the aim of improving the Residents experience.
Marlene is committed to providing a high quality service, tailored to the individual needs of each Resident.
Becca Pearce
Client Liaison Manager
Becca is the face you see when you come to speak to us about living at the Miramar.
Becca has worked at the Miramar for many years and is keen to introduce new residents to the unique concept of what Signature Miramar does while looking after their every need.
While it is important to find out every new members requirements, it's more like a visit to a best friend's for tea than anything like a sales visit.
