Everything we do it driven by the requirements of our residents so we have strict criteria that each site must achieve.

Prominent, Main Road Locations, Highly Visible and Sustainable Sites

We don’t want our sites to be out of sight and out of mind. We want to be part of the community in visible prominent locations that make it easy to visit loved ones as part of your daily routine. Developments also need to be within easy access of transport links (bus & train routes) for staff and visitors.

Affluent Neighbourhood

Sites would be ideally located in the best postcodes – the type of roads that our residents and their families aspire to live on.

1-2 Acre Sites

Capable of accommodating a single C2 Use Class building in excess of 50,000sq.ft with car parking.

We will consider occupying part of larger mixed use sites with other developers. Sites may include houses, redundant businesses, hotels, garages, schools etc.
