On Wednesday, with the help of our resident Balbina who is from Asturias in Spain and her friend Begoña, we venture to the activities kitchen to make a Spanish Tortilla.
Very carefully at the beginning listening to all the instruction to make sure that the ingredients were correct and the potatoes and onion cut properly, we started making our tortilla.
Potatoes when in the pan with the onion, then we waited for the right moment to add the eggs and then finally it was ready to turn. A few minutes after that it was ready to eat…….the tortilla didn’t last long. It was delicious and residents and staff at Coombe enjoyed it.
