Nursing Care Manager
Nursing Care Manager
I qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Romania, in 2011. After graduation, I moved to Germany and worked in domiciliary care for a while. Afterwards, I moved to Spain, where I worked in a physiotherapy clinic.
In April 2014, I started working for Signature, at their Moorlands Lodge home, as a Lead Carer.
Once I obtained my PIN number, I started my work as a nurse. A few months after that, I was promoted to Lead Nurse.
At the beginning of March 2016, I moved to Epsom to be closer to my friends and began working at Rosebery Manor.
In June of this year, I was promoted to Nursing Care Manager. I can honestly say that I believe in Signature's values and I will enjoy making sure that all the residents at Rosebery Manor are looked after in the best possible way.
Client Liaison Manager
Client Liaison Manager
I have lived in the Epsom area since the early 80s and have been working in the care industry locally for nearly 10 years. I live in Carshalton Beeches with my husband and our dog Kaia.
Having joined the Signature group in May 2014, I worked in the Information Centre at Rosebery Manor before the building was finished. My role is meeting prospective residents and their families and supporting them in making informed decisions about their future.
I love being part of a dynamic and caring team, and seeing how well our residents live - with dignity, choice and a lot of fun!
I am so excited and passionate about my new role at Rosebery Manor. I have a fantastic team on board who will share my commitment to provide activities tailored to reflect the individual needs and requests of each and every resident. By paying attention to detail and being led by our resident's likes and dislikes I am able to put together a diverse and stimulating programme. In activities we are focused on making positive changes to bring about a sense of wellbeing and fulfilment within our beautiful community.
I have worked in central London for 16 years and decided I would like a new challenge and moved to Rosebery Manor as Head Chef in May 2016. I like to see seniors enjoying their life to the full. I will be moving into the local area shortly, I’m married and my wife and I love to spend our spare time planning trips abroad, Philippines is a favourite of ours and we love Canada.
Having gained a degree in Hospitality Management I wanted to further my career and so left the Oxford and Cambridge Club to join Rosebery Manor when it opened. I haven’t looked back since. I thoroughly enjoy offering our residents a high class service with my fabulous team of waiters and waitresses. I’m married with a 5 year old son and a newly acquired chihuahua called Rocky!
As a local Epsom resident, I watched Rosebery being built and was curious as to how I could be involved one day. I applied for the position as “Maintenance Assistant” and have since been promoted to Maintenance Manager. I love my role and feel privileged every day. When I’m not “on site” I spend time supporting my close knit extended family and renovating my new home.
I joined Rosebery Manor when it opened and have built a super team of dedicated professionals who are totally committed to helping the residents live in the clean and orderly environment they expect. We work hard, but play hard too: have fun as a team together and with all our colleagues. I live very close and my son helps out when he can, “keeping it in the family!”
