Client Liaison Assistant
37.5 Hours per week
We require an inspirational and organised Client Liaison Assistant who will assist South Lodge in ensuring the effective operation of our Sales Department, working closely with the Sales Consultant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales targets deadlines are met and brand standards adhered to, alongside the sales consultant.
- Oversee the resident move in process ensuring each resident has a successful transition to life at South Lodge
- Generating and managing leads
- Manage website updates
- Assist in co-ordinating in preparation and co-ordination of sales events
- Flexibility over a seven day period is essential

PSV Driver / Activities Coordinator
21 hours per week
Do you have your PSV Licence? Do you have an interest in meaningful activities for the elderly?
If so, we are looking for an inspirational, bubbly, enthusiastic person who is willing to take our residents on outings in our 16 seater minibus.
Role requires flexibility around arranged outings and may include weekend work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the keep of the minibus
- Understand Health & Safety Responsibilities in line with current legislation

Lead Nurse
37.5 hours per week
We require an inspirational and organised Senior Nurse who is currently competent and possesses good sound clinical skills and knowledge, has the management experience to lead our nursing floor(s), in conjunction with our Wellbeing Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Organise allocation of named nurses and act as named nurse
- Provide leadership and guidance for the running of a defined area
- Lead routine monthly medication management for defined area
- Monitor medication and treatment for residents
- Work with the Wellbeing Manager in developing and completing clinical, environmental audits
- Support budget controls
- Provide direct care for residents including washing, dressing, support with nutrition and hydration
- Adopt a link nurse role and take lead for evidence based practice in a defined areas across the Signature site as agreed and supported by the Wellbeing Manager e.g. Continence. Infection Control, Tissue Viability, Nutrition, End of Life Care

Evening Activities Receptionist x 2
12 hours per week
We require an inspirational; bubbly; professional; experienced; enthusiastic, organised receptionist who is willing to take up the shifts detailed below. This is a dual position where reception will be the main role and due to the shift pattern, you will be required to take part in activities and/or oversee activities with residents.
The role also requires flexibility in covering annual leave and sickness.
Role 1
- Monday: 18:00 - 22.00
- Tuesday: 20.00 - 22.00
- Wednesday: 18.00 - 22.00
- Friday: 20.00 - 22.00
Role 2
- Thursday: 18.00 - 22.00

- Welcome and greet visitors
- Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception
- Complete reception related administration
- Provide additional administration support for the General Manager/ Department Heads such as general filing, word processing, photocopying etc.
- Manage and process post for departments
- Comply with purchasing procedures
- Follow the complaints procedure for any concerns raised
- Repost to the wellbeing team any concerns observed i.e resident choking/ having difficulties, problem standing, walking etc
- Respond to emergency situations as requested
- Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area
- Assist in organising and delivering individual and group activities to residents

Assistant Client Liaison Manager
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Client Liaison Manager to assist the Client Liaison Manager in ensuring the effective operation of the sales and marketing department. The role is for 19.5 hours per week over 3 days and will include weekends.
We are looking for someone with around 2-3 years’ experience gained in a role where excellent administration and co-ordination skills were demonstrated. Ideally some background in a sales oriented role.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with people at many different levels. Customer facing/service skills are a definite requirement. Must have an excellent and confident command of English. Good computer skills are required.
The job will involve attention to detail, patience and the ability to multi-task in a sometimes pressured environment. The correct applicant must have a sense of urgency, an ability to prioritise and to work with multiple deadlines and an appreciation of how many people are directly dependent upon and affected by the effective operation of this vital role.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a degree of maturity; sensitivity to individuals’ needs and must be extremely conscientious. They must be a team player but also a self-starter who is capable of working on their own if required. Should be a quick learner who is ready for a new challenge and is happy “go in at the deep end”.
The right applicant will display a calm, pleasant and cheerful disposition and a willingness and enthusiasm to be stretched.
