Julie Preston
General Manager
Julie qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1980 and specialised in the care of older adults, even taking her skills abroad to work on the commissioning of an acute admission and rehabilitation hospital.
She has worked in the independent and voluntary sector for 15 years. Julie is committed to providing a high quality service, tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
Chris Vickers
Well-being Manager
Qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 1982. Chris has fifteen years' clinical and operational management experience within adult and rehabilitation mental health services, drug and alcohol services, services for older people with mental health care needs both functional and dementia services, and Neurodisability services.
Chris has worked within the NHS and private health care providers both in the UK and overseas. He has also had experience of working in the travel industry overseas, and in the UK within cabin services for a leading UK airline.
Chris is committed to maintaining excellent quality of life of residents through the promotion of choice, dignity, respect and the delivery of high quality care.
