Age Concern Walks from our Kent care home

Anyone who wants to enjoy a steady weekly walk to get fit and make new friends should pop along to Miramar, our Kent care home.

The walks, which leave on Monday and Tuesday at 10.30, are aimed at walkers of varying abilities and provide the perfect way to get out, enjoy the Kent scenery and meet new people.

The Jolly Snails walks, held on Monday, are aimed at beginners. Walks are at a gentle pace and last between 45-60 minutes.

The Happy Strollers, who meet on a Tuesday, walk for an hour.

All walkers get a free rucksack after six walks, and a stepometre after 12 walks.
