Blooming Great Tea Party

Resident's and friends of our Kent Care Home Signature Miramar opened its doors to family and members of the Parkinson's and MS Society, hosting the Blooming Great Tea Party a fund raising event for the Marie Curie Cancer Fund on Saturday 3rd July.
Sue our restaurant supervisor and her team provided a plentiful supply of tea and coffee, which went down very well, along with a delicious selection of home made cakes by the resident's and a special thank you to friends of the Miramar Dot & Ray for the fantastic selection of fresh cream cakes.
The morning was a great success for all. Along with the cake sale, tombola and sale of home made cards and not forgetting people's generosity the event raised £180 from which all the proceeds have been donated to the Marie Curie Cancer Fund.
