The quality and standard of apartments at Moorlands Lodge is outstanding. The same for all the facilities. But it is the high standard of care, the friendliness yet professionalism of all the staff and the family atmosphere that makes me happy that my mum can live there. A wonderful place because of its staff and management (or is that staff lead by management).

This is one of the best facilities I have encountered in 35+ years in healthcare.
It has the look and feel of a 5-star hotel. Visiting was a pleasure for all the family.
Apartments vary and stay priced according to size and care needs, staffing levels are high and from waiting and maintenance to the care team, all are proud to work there and shower residents with love.
It is a large home but the care teams are floor based and strong relationships soon develop.
My mother had long resisted help; we were at crisis point, we persuaded her to go in for two weeks and on the third day she asked to stay.
Her pain was managed, ulcers improved immediately, things that had caused anxiety also removed e.g. falling, getting to the loo, eating well and isolation.
The activities were excellent - music, bridge, quizzes, trips out as well as 1-2-1, there were also events e.g. brass band, visiting horse.
Her passing was perfect, peaceful, GP and care staff sensitive; all family wishes met. If you can afford South Lodge, go.

Having been to several homes as my Mother's dementia has progressed, I can confidently say that Cliveden Manor is outstanding. The staff are so very kind and caring to her, and there are enough lovely and well-trained staff to ensure our Mother has the very best. In addition the whole environment is very carefully designed to provide a safe and attractive environment for her. That incidentally makes it a lovely place for family and friends to visit. I would also highlight the activities team, who are constantly finding ways to provide stimulation for he residents.

In summary - we are very happy indeed!

Our mother arrived at Livingstone in March 2015 and our lives have been enriched in so many ways. The care she receives is second to none and for the first time in ages she has been much more contended and calmer and this is entirely as a result of the outstanding care she is receiving. The staff are so friendly and helpful, ever kind and caring and totally dedicated to looking after her every need. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have time to listen to her and talk to her. The team also always have time for my sister and I, they welcome us warmly and include us in all areas of our mother's care, they have become like a second family and help us enormously in understanding our mother's dementia.

The staff were lovely and really looked after me so well, all of them from the carers to the cleaners. So helpful. Had a nice stay. Excellent food quality and plentiful. Would recommend to my friends who are at home above. Couldn't speak highly enough of the home.

Having to move a loved one into a care home is heart breaking both for the individual and the family. Signature supported all and went well beyond the call of duty. Giving the residents respect and wherever possible a feeling of independence makes this place so different. Staff that are permanent and not agency have given my mother stability. They know her well and as such are able to offer the best quality of care. As time passes we are all at ease knowing our mother is receiving the best care and quality of life.

My Aunt, who has Alzheimer's, moved to Moorlands Lodge in December 2015 and I can say that I am delighted with the care my Aunt is receiving. She is happy and content and enjoys joining in with daily activities with the other residents. The staff understand my Aunt's needs and are very kind and patient with all the residents. The environment is very homely and visitors are made to feel very welcome and part of the team.

I am very happy to have found the Miramar. It is wonderful to be somewhere where they look after you so well and the staff really do care. It's also pet friendly and my little dog came with me. Miramar ticks all the boxes from me.
