1-2 Acre Sites
Capable of accommodating a single C2 Use Class building in excess of 60,000sq.ft. Will consider occupying part of larger mixed use sites with other developers. Sites may include houses, redundant businesses, hotels, garages, schools etc.
Prominent, Main Road Locations and Highly Visible Sites
Developments need to be within easy access of transport links (bus routes) for staff and visitors
Affluent Neighbourhood
Sites would be ideally located in the best postcodes of the best towns
Parking for 25 cars + Minibus
