Signature care homes in the future
Signature Senior Lifestyle is a privately owned British company that provides care facilities for frail older people as a positive alternative to institutional care homes.
Our approach to care focuses on comfort, dignity, freedom of choice and privacy in a respectful and considerate environment.
Signature both develops and operates its facilities. Therefore we take great care in the design and operational aspects of our buildings as we will be directly involved in the facility in the long term.
All schemes will be registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and fall within Use Class C2 "Residential Institutions" of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987. The majority of schemes will also cater for older people suffering from dementia along with frail older people requiring care.
The design of Signature care homes respond to their surroundings and will be individually architecturally designed to compliment existing vernacular styles in a bespoke scheme. A typical Signature development generates around 80 new full time equivalent jobs with the majority of the workforce resourced locally.

We are committed to being good neighbours and enhance local communities. We wish to build and maintain good relationships with residents and local organisations. The Company is committed to the process of public consultation and work closely with Councils and local residents in developing new facilities.
The settings of the care homes will be enhanced with beautifully designed semi-mature landscaped gardens
Each development will endeavour to reduce its carbon footprint and Sustainability is a key criteria. Green Travel Plan are produced to minimise car travel and renewable energy features such as rainwater harvesting, LED lighting and efficient heating systems will be integrated into each home.
